These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and oxgame ("oxgame", "We", "Us", "Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any product or service offered through the oxgame platform at oxgame.onl, you expressly acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the oxgame platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the platform following any posted update to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to open and maintain an active oxgame account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person with the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not prohibited by any applicable law, regulation, or court order from participating in online gaming or gambling activities.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling is specifically prohibited by law.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or operating an oxgame account.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the oxgame platform.

oxgame reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be operated by users who do not meet these eligibility criteria will be suspended immediately and any balances may be withheld pending investigation.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the oxgame platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering an account with oxgame, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all required fields, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. oxgame relies on this information for identity verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming purposes.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your oxgame account login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notifying oxgame immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Ensuring your contact details remain current and accurate at all times.

oxgame will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. oxgame support staff will never ask you to disclose your password. If you receive any communication purporting to be from oxgame requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to [email protected] immediately.

oxgame supports deposits and withdrawals through a range of payment methods available to Pakistani players, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, MCB, standard bank transfer, and USDT (TRC-20). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: All deposits into your oxgame wallet must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — meaning deposits made using a payment account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited. oxgame reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source and to suspend the account pending investigation.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposits on the same account, or to a verified method registered in the account holder's name. oxgame processes withdrawal requests within the timelines specified in the platform's payment information section, which may vary by payment method. oxgame may require satisfactory completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request.

Currency: The default account currency for Pakistani players is Pakistani Rupee (PKR). USDT deposits are converted at the prevailing live exchange rate at the time of transaction. oxgame does not accept responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal.

Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile wallet provider without first contacting oxgame support constitutes a breach of these Terms. oxgame reserves the right to suspend the account immediately and pursue recovery of any chargeback amounts through available legal channels.

oxgame offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, crash game bonuses, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses and promotions offered by oxgame are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus amounts credited to your oxgame account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered oxgame players only. oxgame reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to withdraw any bonus offer from any player at any time if misuse or abuse is suspected.
• Bonus Abuse: The use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns, arbitrage betting strategies, or any other method intended to exploit bonus offers in bad faith constitutes bonus abuse. oxgame will forfeit any bonus balances and winnings derived from abusive activity and may permanently close the associated accounts.
• Time Limits: Each bonus and promotional offer carries an expiry period. Bonus funds and free spins not used within the stated validity window will be removed from the account automatically without compensation.
• Game Restrictions: Certain games may contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements, or may be excluded entirely from bonus play. Applicable game restrictions will be communicated in the individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active deposit bonus simultaneously unless oxgame explicitly permits this in the promotion's specific terms.

oxgame reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that any obligations already incurred by players under the original promotion terms will be honoured.

All bets, wagers, and game rounds placed on the oxgame platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their selections, including stake amounts, market selections, and game choices, prior to confirming any wager.

oxgame operates sports betting markets on cricket (including PSL), football, tennis, UFC, and other sports. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on oxgame:

• Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is accepted and confirmed by the system.
• oxgame reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, at an obviously incorrect price, or on an event whose outcome was already known at the time of placement.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to standard latency and system processing times. oxgame will not be liable for bets placed after an in-play event has concluded where a system or connectivity delay caused the late acceptance.
• Maximum payout limits apply per market, per event, and per player. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface.
• oxgame reserves the right to limit stakes or restrict access to specific markets for any account at its discretion.

Casino game results are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software. oxgame does not manipulate game outcomes. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are published by the respective game providers and are available upon request.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the oxgame platform. Any player found to be engaging in any of the following activities will have their account suspended or permanently closed:

• Creating or operating more than one oxgame account per individual.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the oxgame platform in any way.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, technical errors, or system glitches to gain an unfair financial advantage.

oxgame is committed to maintaining a secure, compliant, and transparent gaming environment. As part of this commitment, oxgame operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process that all players are required to complete before withdrawals are processed or at any other point deemed necessary by oxgame's compliance team.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents as part of the KYC process:

• Proof of Identity: A valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or national identity document.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence confirming your residential address (dated within the last three months).

Any unauthorised use of oxgame's intellectual property may result in legal action. oxgame will actively enforce its intellectual property rights through all available legal mechanisms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, oxgame, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the oxgame platform, even if oxgame has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

oxgame does not warrant that:

• The platform will be available at all times or free from interruptions, errors, or technical faults.
• The platform will be free from viruses, malware, or other harmful components (though oxgame takes all reasonable technical precautions).
• Any specific game outcome, sporting event result, or financial return will be achieved.

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability clauses are restricted or prohibited by consumer protection law, oxgame's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by the applicable law of that jurisdiction. The total aggregate liability of oxgame to any individual player shall in no event exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their oxgame account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

oxgame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Detection of underage gambling (player confirmed to be under 21 years of age).
• Creation of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Suspected bonus abuse or exploitation of platform vulnerabilities.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• A player-initiated self-exclusion request.

Upon termination for reasons other than fraud or breach of these Terms, oxgame will return any verified real-money balance to the player via their registered payment method, after deducting any outstanding bonus obligations or applicable fees. Balances associated with fraudulent activity or Terms violations may be permanently forfeited.

Players may voluntarily close their oxgame account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary account closure does not entitle a player to any additional compensation beyond the return of their verified real-money balance.

oxgame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, oxgame will notify registered players by posting a prominent notice on the platform and, where reasonably practicable, by sending a notification to the email address associated with the player's account.

The revised Terms will take effect from the date of publication unless a later effective date is specified in the notice. Your continued use of the oxgame platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
